About Covid-19 and Shipping time

Dear valued Tague Gun Leather customer,

Due to the drastic increase in customer orders, we are experiencing wait times that are longer than average. While we are working as hard as possible to get you your order as fast as possible, we are also looking out for our employees’ well-being and their time with their loved ones.

At Tagua Gun Leather, we want to thank everyone for their continued support and patience during this journey. We will get through this together.

To keep you up to date, our website will be updated with any information as we receive it to make sure you are informed. Please take a moment as the following information may change quickly and may not show complete accuracy by the time we process your order.

Waiting times

All orders are shipping out at 2-3 weeks after the date of your order. All LDS holsters and any limited addition holsters may take a few additional days to ship.

Any repair and warranty work

Any warranty orders or repairs are being worked two weeks from the date we received the item.

Customer Service

To keep our employees healthy and risk-free as possible from the current COVID-19 outbreak, all our customer service employees will be working remotely from home. This will continue our ongoing efforts to ensure our employee’s safety. Unfortunately, it also means that our ability to take support calls will be something we are unable to do. Protection Procedures

Tagua Gun Leather is 100% committed to the health and safety of our employees, along with each customer we service. While most of our employees work from home, those at our office work to continue our rigorous sanitation schedule and have been in constant contact with a reputable cleaning company. We are also working with a human resources company to make sure we are following ever recommendation of the CDC to reduce if not prevent the spread of COVID-19. All non-production employees are working from home, and if any are sick, they are encouraged to stay home. Cutting everyone’s exposure to COVID-19 is imperative to us.
